User accounts - Above 18 years of age, register and be an active user. Account registration requires one to submit personal information like name, address, email, age, phone number, and gender and payment method. The data needs to be accurate, true and updated. Failure to provide accurate data might result in your inability to use the service. You are responsible for all activity in your account and need to maintain the secrecy and security of the username and password. You will possess only one account unless you request in writing for opening other accounts. Requirements and conduct - You cannot transfer your account to another person or any other entity. You might be asked to provide identification proof before using our services and denial to provide the proof might result in your inability to use our services. No discrimination - There should be no discrimination based on race, caste, religion, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, age, gender and any characteristics that are protected under the law. Such discrimination might result in limiting your ability for utilizing this platform. Text Messaging - Services might send you text SMS messages as a part of normal business operations. You might opt-out of receiving such messages, but it will impact your access to the services.

Liability Limitaion
We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, which includes lost data, profits, personal injury or property damage resulting from using our services. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the company and its affiliates like officers, employees, directors and agents harmless from all claims, losses, expenses and liabilities. Arising from your usage of services and any breach of the Terms. Your liability under such a clause gets appropriately reduced to the extent the company caused and contributed to these losses.
Governing Law - Arbitration
Governing law - Arbitration For resolving disputes, claim, controversies and any conflict relating to services and Terms, the company has a complaints process that reasonably manages the complaints and refunds. You agree and acknowledge that you will raise the dispute as soon as possible and not later than 48 hours from the time the issue arises. If you fail to raise the dispute within 48 hours, then the company has no obligation to resolve the dispute and it would be under the sole discretion of the company whether or not to attempt for resolving the dispute. The Terms are constructed as per the Law of India. Either party may file an action in the Court to pursue the final arbitration.
Grievance Officer
You will get the notice by the company through electronic email or by written communication sent to your address. You will not transfer or assign the Terms in part or whole without our written approval. If any provision of the Term is deemed as illegal, unenforceable or invalid, then such provision will not be a part of these terms, but the validity, legality and enforceability will remain intact. Nothing in this clause limits consumer rights and is relevant to the Consumer Law Legislation. In these Terms, the words including and include mean 'included but limited to'.
